Project manager of the product portfolio conversion following the acquisition of OMV Schmierstoffe by LUKOIL Lubricants. Portfolio harmonization in Central & Western Europe resulting in an increased efficiency, production and sales margins of 3 plants. Along with sales, R&D and marketing involved in the product strategy development. Streamlined the product management processes and enriched project management practices.

Founding member of the Global Project Management Office, with a special focus on continuous improvement projects, restructuring of manufacturing operations and best practice sharing among 12 production plants worldwide. Responsible for technology relocation processes from high-cost to low-cost countries, covering the entire cycle from the business case analysis to the start-of-operations.

Head of Quality in a production plant in Czech Rep (140 employees - 5 direct reports). Leading both strategic and operational programs: implementation of a modern quality system; project portfolio management; integration of the global and local initiatives; investment plan; continuous improvement program implementation, based on systematic problem solving and Lean principles; opportunities identification; and coaching of middle & top management

Reporting to the Global Head of Production, this position oversees the daily, mid-range and long term planning of the Division and its related 11 manufacturing sites in Europe, America & Asia. The primary responsibilities include continual process improvement to achieve production goals; Support and implementation of a Production System; Training and coach of high potentials worldwide (Lean-Six-Sigma, Proj. Mgmt); Establishment of a Production KPI’s reporting system in SAP BI; Leader of the PMO;

Coordination and planning of projects in different business areas and Business Units. Success stories: process optimization of CNC multitasking production cell (OEE increase of over 34%); the planning and installation of a surface treatment line; Lean Thinking activities and training; Development of new markets for the premium class products (Aircraft Industry); Development of scenarios (emergency plan) in case of suspension of operations; Analysis and implementation of alternative staffing strategies.

In charge of the glass melting furnace operations (500 Ton/day), establishing and controlling the production parameters; Implementation of a Statistical Process Control system; Team leader during the rebuilding of the melting furnace, responsible for the construction materials, services negotiations and reconstruction of the chimney; Member of the ISO-9000 (2001) team; Team supervisor (12 technicians); “Right hand” of the Production manager.
