• Advise clients and attorneys on a range of legal matters, including analyzing the impact of reach-through rights of patent-holders, SEC beneficial ownership regulations, and UK-based privacy legislation on HHMI and its employees. • Assisted in obtaining OFAC licenses for conducting business in restricted countries, and creating awareness of the FCPA among researchers. • Collaborated with attorneys in negotiating, reviewing and drafting multi-party consulting, collaboration, and other agreements

• Managed and mentored 20 partner consultants and served as expert services and escalation contact. • Negotiated resolutions where partner consultant services did not meet client expectations. • Created, maintained, and presented complete Salesforce implementation methodology for all Corporate Services CRM and PRM projects. • Selected to customize and deliver quarterly global training presentations. • Assisted sales team to negotiate and draft Statements of Work, and price contracts/change orders.

• Researched and developed global employee code of conduct and anti-corruption elearning and instructor-led training material, with focus on FCPA regulations and international compliance requirements. • Performed due diligence to ensure internal and contractor compliance with corporate policy and international laws.
