Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Anjana. I have 14+ years of overall work experience and around 6 + years of Workday experience. I am certified in Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Launch Methodology. I have worked as Senior Workday Business Analyst with Workday Customer and currently I am working as Business Architecture Senior Analyst with Workday Partner. In my previous role as Compensation Lead with Workday Customer I implemented Compensation and Absence Modules together with Workday Partners and was responsible for Post Go live support. In my current role with Workday partner as Business Architecture Senior Analyst, I am working as HR Transformation Consultant responsible for Phase X implementation for Advanced Compensation.
