Working as Sr. BSA under the AMS Siebel team to provide L3 level support for Siebel and integrated systems, and related activities, incident management, data patching, supporting shakedowns. Other responsibilities include finding RCA’s, creating SOP’s, documenting functionalities and providing support to L2 team.

Last deployed at one of the World’s Largest Data Center provider, Equinix, Inc. Project implementation was done to integrate various Interfaces with Siebel application to support Opty to Quote to Order to Asset to Cash cycle for Data Center Products being offered by Client to its worldwide customers. Initially handled Day to Day Testing activities and later provided SME support for Cross Functional applications to 15+ members in APAC Billing team by liaising with Business users and IT team.

Deployed at Client site, Xerox Services in Noida. As part of that group, I was responsible for handling the Testing activities for new Client Implementations and the Enhancements /CR’s to existing projects in Siebel domain.

All the projects handled, were a part of the larger Siebel Transformation Roadmap, which was created by ACS for transitioning its large Clients base from their Legacy applications to Siebel CRM application integrated with its Call Center. The first phase of this road map started with an implementation for the HEINZ Client with 0 UAT Defects, followed by releases for CIGNA, VERIZON, MICHELIN and PGE Clients.

Accounts, Contacts, Sales, Marketing, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Analytics, Activities, Pickups, Service Requests, CTI, Integrations.

Tested the Integration points between the various CRM Service Products for maximized coverage of 360-degree view of customer. I also handled testing for various projects like CPU Testing for 11i8 to R12, Platforms Testing, RUP’s Testing, Pseudo Testing.

Siebel CRM-DMS Automotive project dealt with configuration of Siebel 7.5 eBusiness to provide TATA Motors dealers an application aligning to their Business processes of Sales, Service and Spares/Inventory by customizing as per Business requirements and finally to deploy the configured application at client sites. My profile involved the successful implementation of the software and providing user training at 15+ dealer’s sites single handedly.
