Teaching management foundation know-how with topics like founder personality, business idea, selection of legal form, strategy, business planning, taxes, financing, business organisation, creation of business growth strategies. The focus of the course is the development of sustainable business ideas and business plans for the creative industry.

I devise and execute retail operations and business development strategies to identify and capitalise new business opportunities while reporting directly to MD. I develop and cultivate sales growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction and conduct market and competitor research to recognise new markets, customers, and products/services. I negotiate partnerships designed to identify and exploit business opportunities.

In this capacity, I planned and managed retail operations across Iberia and Italy by developing and leading an international operational team of 12 people. I developed and executed operations strategies, fiscal operating plans and budgets, and regional and departmental goals and objectives. I reviewed operational processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
