I am a Certified SCRUM Master, SAFe 4.0 Agilist and ICP-ACC Certified Agile Coach, having more than 14 years of professional experience in Microsoft Technologies, working as a Scrum Master/ Technical Manager, leading all phases of technology project- system analysis, designing, development and delivery. I am a Machine Learning enthusiast and completed a capstone project from SimpliLearn in 2019 I spent my career in Travel, Healthcare, Asset & utility Management and Loyalty Customer engagement domains, loving the challenges and using technologies to create thoughtful software solutions for business to perform better. It’s my job to make the team successful by enforcing Agile values and principals, adding value to the organization by increasing productivity and returns, and contributing to customer satisfaction by high quality frequent product delivery.
