As a Freelance Teaching Assistant, I work with students regarding their questions on various programming languages taught by Le Wagon including: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, ActiveRecord, Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Guide students to find the proper answers, help build their critical thinking, and improve debugging skills in their code challenges.

I oversaw and rationalized overall aspects of regional partner service alignment project across European offices, creating strategic long-term commitment to business owner market segment. I met success criteria of employee peak season engagement program goals within time and budgetary constraints through planning and execution of deliverables. I streamlined new office functions in Lithuania via hiring agents and team leaders’ support, which resulted in propelling overall business success.

I identified and met requirements by associating with clients and developing appropriate solutions as well as entire sales process from prospect, close, to follow-up post travel by streamlining entire sales process. I acquired exceptional skills and expertise by supporting staff of 20 sales agents. I tracked and resolved issues regarding all aspects of purchased products from start to finish.

I led and trained 10-14 employees that ensured the provision of top-flight service to guests in busy, ever-changing environment with crowds often exceeding 350 people.
