Assisting 3 steel plants on the following markets: automotive, energy, bearing, and mechanic: - Monitoring R&D projects, presentation in congresses and to customers. - Technical support at the customer in order to assure and/or build new business. - Complaints handling on both sides: with the plants and with the customers. - Managing the quality in the plants and organization of audits. - Market researches, composition of website and brochures.
