Overall trial monitoring delivery, being the country representative within the Clinical Trial Team. Responsible for the oversight, delivery, and risk management at Global portfolio global level, from study start-up to close-out. Strategic and operational planning, feasibility assessment and trial allocation. Start-up activities and patient recruitment, data deliverables, data collection. Active contributor at work streams. Mentoring of junior team members.

Accountable for overall trial monitoring delivery and acting as country representative within the Clinical Trial Team. Responsible for the oversight, delivery, and risk management of portfolio global monitoring activities, from study start-up to close-out. Instrumental for Countries to deliver the assigned Clinical Operational Plans (as timelines, quality and budget). Reporting of Clinical Trial progress to the Global Medical and Operational Leadership Team. Active participation in work streams.

•Accountable for project/trial allocation plans and implementation following the global allocation strategy to ensure optimum patient accessibility, resource utilization / allocation and country/ region development. •Determine external and internal clinical trial costs and internal GMO monitoring resources for assigned projects. •Provide feedback to the program clinical team on the impact of changes to project status, timelines and overall monitoring resources.

•Develop the country Partner site network and KPIs to optimize the company operational activities. •Direct Partner Sites staff by assuring project deliverables is achieved for each role within the window of control. •Develop managers within area of accountability to develop staff along career progression goals and strategic departmental and corporate priorities.

•To overview and ensure an efficient clinical trials management according to Sponsor’s expectations. Included: - Team Project milestones overview - Project start up coordination - Recruitment follow up - Design a Quality plan for the associates of the Clinical Operations Unit - Database lock- SAE management & Safety Reporting - Study development reporting, monthly reporting - Project cost control and Resources forecast
