Well, I am an HR & Marketing professional by definition with +15 years of experience from various leading positions and industries. I specialise in Leadership, People & Culture Management, (HR-)Marketing, Strategy Development, (Employer) Branding, New Work, Campaign- and Project Management, Business Development and Lead Generation. During my Doctorate of Business Administration studies, which I have successfully completed with Summa cum Laude, I focused on the research analysis of work related factors relevant for Gen Z with IT-background.
