Took active part in supplier portfolio and cost optimisation projects, make or buy decisions, internal process optimisation projects. Visited suppliers and took part in supplier audits. Project assignment ‘Simple-cut Cables make or buy’: Prepared the decision basis (costs/ TCO, quality, flexibility) and presented them to the management. He has been assigned for the implementation.

• Analyzed existing construction and production planning software; compared them to state-of-the-art construction planning to list the requirements. • Analyzed the capabilities of the company and reported these in the Bachelor Thesis ‘Preliminary planning tools for construction industry’

• Worked as Prof. Dr. Alessandra Iozzi’s assistant in the course Analysis 3, which is offered in the 2nd year Bsc. Mechanical Engineering. • Tasks involved tutoring a weekly exercise session to 25 students, correcting assignments of them and reporting the results to the head assistant.

• Initiated the business liaison with ETH development office to manufacture sweatshirts for the college • Familiarised myself with corporate structuring, company profiling, etc.
