On this position I as business analyst comunnicate with bussiness owners and collect requirements and acceptance criterias. Then I create a User Story for developers which are working as a SCRUM team. Also I am writing functional specifications if changing of ERP system is needed. My project B2B online store of steel - where you can place order on the factory, purchase steel out of stock, take part in auctions, build reports and many other things.

Responsibilities: heading group of 4-6 analysts, hiring new analysts, collecting requirements from business and convert them to the specifications and action list for the developers, managing system releases to delivery issues on time, colloboration with other teams to make common roadmap of development Results: new iOS and Android apps with online shop have been launched, rebuilded and modernized mobile web version of online store, implemented comprehensive integration with CRM system etc.

Activities and responsibilities: - collect business requirements from clients, our clients were rather large banks in Russia - write functional specifications, use and test cases - testing new functionality, working together with developers - developing scoring models and strategys in decision-making system - presenting solutions for the potential clients
