As a client origination manager, I was responsible for enhancing the relationships of the existing clients by introducing them to the investment options available as well as adding new clients to the branch. I had the additional responsibility for organising group events for new client`le inorder to make them aware about the banking products. I also handled the walk-ins of the branch and successfully converted them to clients.

As a business development manager, I was challenged to lead business development activities of all the branches of Hedge Equities which included target assigning, employee training, developing business proposals and board room presentations of new strategies developed. I also worked in elimination of work redundancies that is highly prevalent in the broking industry. She analysed client business process to identify process gaps, areas of improvement and financial impacts of strategies undertaken.
