Throughout my 18-year career, I’ve always sought to combine four key points: - Solving the challenges others escape - Automate repetitive work to reduce production costs, both in time and working hours - Achieve Top Quality and Efficiency, incl. Zero Defect Components - Involve the whole team, write procedures and documents, allocate tasks, tutor, and perform trainings I have achieved this in over 20 projects, working with teams from over 10 countries while keeping high-quality embedded systems delivery as my main goal. As a senior engineer, I was repeatedly promoted to team leader and integrator roles, demonstrating my ability to motivate and guide teams. This devotion resulted in the delivery of several zero-defect products. My commitment to quality extends beyond development. I actively articipated in implementing ISO standards like 15504, 27001 (DevSecOps), and 26262, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within teams.
