I am a Senior Manager / C-level Executive, experienced in multinational companies as well as family owned business. My 25+ years’ experience of intercultural leadership style is demonstrated via local leadership positions in US, MEA (Egypt) and various locations in Europe. I led plants globally (incl. China, Russia and Latin America) ex Europe. My recent span of control consists 19 plants (5.550 employees) and P&L responsibility of 600 mio €. My center of gravity is the Digital Transformation of the Supply Chain to create value in the P&L. I leveraged restructuring / footprint optimization of the whole supply chain, supplier management and risk mitigation in the SC. My area of responsibility extends from FMCG (hygiene products), Paper Making, -Converting and Sales to development and manufacturing of various electrical appliances in Asian & European factories. Demonstrated knowledge in e-commerce business as well as leadership of global transportation are rounding the profile.
