I am working on automatic detection of lymph nodes in CT and MRI images using image processing and machine learning techniques. Annotated CT images are mapped through 3D image registration to create an atlas which provides high probability regions for lymph nodes. A set of features is extracted from these regions to train a random forest classifier
Designed and developed the analog and digital circuits as well as PCB layouts for a 3D-Bioprinter. The bioprinter is being tested for submerged deposition of cell containing hydrogels and will potentially be used for manufacturing of vascular grafts in regenerative medicine
