Programming of algorithms for the calibration, presentation and analysis of the experimental data using C++. Developing algorithms identifying tracks from the hit pattern (3 dimensional tracking using C++ STL on Linux). Construction and test of the straw tracker prototype. Optimization of the electronics of the tracker. Setting of the data acquisition system for that prototype.

Testing of software models for new electronic design automation tools. These tools, which are developed in the System Level Design Tools Group, include CoCentric System Studio, CoCentric Fixed-Point Designer and COSSAP. The test procedures required the development and maintenance of scripts for automated integration tests and development and manual execution of test case designs
