I am a strategic designer with a passion for creating seamless and intuitive digital experiences. After 13 years in the field, I find joy in organizing, consulting, leading and learning from product design teams to optimize solutions with the intention to strike the right balance between meeting business needs and user satisfaction. I genuinely believe mentorship is a two-way street where both the mentor and mentee can learn and grow together. This led me to discover ADPList, where I try my best to nurture and guide young professionals in the field of product design.

Collaborated closely with the Design Leadership team on the objective to scale and mature the design organization. Focused on 2 core areas: 1. Transactional emails for vehicle rentals - Reconstructed the communication experience via emails by setting up principles & guidelines for email design & copy. 2. Design System (Oxide23) - Collaborated with the Design System team to identify and incorporate early adopters for the new system.
