Technical Lead for two projects. Responsible for full project development, from initial specification to final release. • Built and managed a team of 8 developers (4 external) • Delivered an internal ordering platform with custom product configuration from scratch to production in 8 month • Designed a cloud-based system providing detailed e-instructions to all Bosch plants worldwide • Networking in international teams.

Member of an Agile team responsible for continuous development and maintenance of internal bank systems, most importantly document archive. •Reduced all bank’s documents fetching time by 75% and implemented multithreading, which reduced 28x the speed of document migration. • Solved a dead lock issue with fetching customers, which is saving 30 advisor’s working hours monthly. • Created and released first real microservice in the company.

Consultant, architect and mentor of junior coworkers. Built and led team that introduced Java services in the company’s portfolio. • Built from scratch Labour Planner Portal, used to register employees schedule and execution, in line with Polish labour law. • Developed systems to migrate data between Labour Planner Portal and the SAP-HR system.

Led “CampaignManager” project – an advertise campaign manager built on JEE and Seam Framework, using Google AdWords API . Developed and managed “Warehouse” – a web application used for stocktacking and workflow. Responsibilities: management, implementation, deployment, support and communication with the client. Taught group courses in Java, Swing, JSP, Servlets. Coached preparation to SCJP exam.
