As a project manager of the Suspended Glass Feature at the Midfield Terminal Building of the new Abu Dhabi International Airport, I was the link between my Employer and the Client (Main Contractor). Creation and update of the project master time schedule (baseline) in Primavera P6, including engineering, procurement and construction Installation method analysis and optimization Resource requirement analysis and resource loading in Primavera Creation of the deliverable list and payment weighting agreement with the client Submittal tracking Design and procurement progress tracking Progress reporting to project direction and to client Preparation of payment applications

Tender preparation for several projects, mainly for the Middle East and Europe Installation method optimization and preparation of method statements and time schedules Assistance of the cost estimation and the procurement teams Coordination between internal departments and possible suppliers during the cost estimation phase
