Postdoctoral Researcher
University of Manitoba
During my post-doctoral career in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Manitoba, I have collaborated in three individual research projects: Project 1: Investigation on mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes/polymer composites. (One manuscript submission) Project 2: Molecular separation using nanotube-based pore systems. (One journal article, one conference article and one invited keynote speech) Project 3: Energy harvesting using piezoelectric materials.

Research and Teaching Assistant
University of Manitoba
My Ph.D. thesis involves molecular simulations on applications of carbon nanotubes and graphenes as nanoresonator sensors. My thesis proposes new methods in design of nano-sensors based on vibration and wave propagation analyses with the aim of detection of distinct atoms/molecules.
