I manage all aspects of training delivery that takes place across the Firebrand Training event portfolio. I manage the business' global Instructor network which consists of approximately 55 Contract Instructors and 10 Full Time Instructors. Management of such Instructors includes searching, selecting, assessing/recruiting, negotiating the associated contracts terms/contract rates and assigning/distributing events to each, as well as assessing the quality of what has been delivered in the classroom.

Deliver core curriculum training programmes coupled with completing value adding training based on both reactive and proactive need identification. Training was predominantly aimed at senior managers within the business and working with the 'rising manager'.
