I was admitted to the student research project at the Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of Sarajevo University. I have worked in the Laboratory for Forensic Genetics for 2 months so far. We are working on DNA typing of human archaeological remains in BiH (Laboratory for Forensic genetics). Besides that, I work on everyday routine casework in the Laboratory of Forensic Genetics. I have gained a lot of practical skills from molecular genetics and DNA technology.

I worked on blood analysis, blood count analysis, interpretation of biochemical findings. Also, I did urinalysis, pH, protein, glucose, ketones, microscopic urineanalysis and bacteriological analysis.

I took a part in the educational part of the scientific-research project "Biodiversity of Neum bay", from May to September 2015. During the mentioned period, I successfully reached the position "senior team member" within the Sharklab ADRIA. I met with the biosystematics of the chosen marine taxa that inhabit the Adriatic sea, as well as the functional anatomy and basic oceanography of the Mediterranean sea, which was foreseen in the mentioned project period.
