Overall responsibility for the entire Aftersales Business of GM Europe International Operations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Business Development, Launch Readiness & Retail IT). Accountable for the Opel Aftersales business in 42 Markets outside of Europe.

Responsibility and Direction for the development of the entire European Aftersales business from GM Europe (Strategic Business Development, European Business Management, Program Office, Project Management of Mega Projects, Market Intelligence & Retail IT). Accountable to develop and to shape the strategy for this business including implementation.

Responsible for the Planning/Strategy of the entire European Aftersales business from GM Europe incl. Market Intelligence.

Responsible Project Leader for the Project “Telematics & In Car Communication” which was 1 out of 15 Projects which been identified within GM Europe to turnaround the European Operations towards a mid/long term profitable business.

Responsible for the areas: “New Business Development”, “Wireless Business Development” and “Network Alliances”. Leading the evaluation, development and integration of new business opportunities.

March 1999 successful launch of the OnStar Service in Germany with consumer facing services like the emergency call, the concierge service and route guidance.

Management Consultant in the Telecommunication and IT industry. Working on several projects for various major European telecommunication operators. Special focus on strategy, marketing and organizational design.
