Leading the Drive Laser R&D department, overseeing a dynamic team of >100 highly skilled professionals focusing on optical and mechanical development, as well as managing cutting-edge testing facilities and ensuring highest product quality. Overarching R&D responsibility for new product introduction (NPI) within the framework of TRUMPFs complex high-power CO2 lasersource integrated in the most advanced generation of EUV lithography machines.

Disciplinary and technical lead of a young and motivated team with strong optical/technical background (ramp-up from 6 to 15 employees). R&D responsibility for beam characterization and general metrology concepts for a complex high-power CO2 laser system integrated in the latest generation of EUV lithography machines.

Technical lead overseeing a team of up to 15 members within the framework of an exceptionally time-sensitive project focused on EUV lithography machines. Accountable for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and ultimate closure of the project.

Technical responsibility for two laser modules throughout the entire lifecycle, from the design phase to industrialization, within the scope of the EUV lithography project. R&D production support for the new product introduction of a complex high-power seedlaser system covering high-volume ramp-up as well as error analysis and development of innovative solutions in a running production enviroment and at end customer sites.
