• Initiate, budget, develop and implement all merchandising activities (temporary podiums, window displays) for product launches in fragrance, make-up and skincare • Implement and adapt merchandising guidelines from France at local level (Category Management, Duratrans, soft merchandising) for all 455 points of sale • Coordinate the implementation of new counters or the renewal of old concepts in partnership with the Europe Merchandising & Purchase department

- Sales management of key strategic accounts (> CHF 21 M Turnover), mqily Cash&Carry and Convenience Stores - Development of account plans including all trade related activities, implementation of brand strategies and sales forecasts

- Adapt marketing policy for key accounts and develop made-to-measure activities for high-end retailers - Analyse brand performances for each key account and recommend Category Management measures and Trade-Marketing activities - Follow-up and analyse the impact of promotions (Nielsen, Grossopanel) - Train and manage the Trade-Marketing Assistant

- Set up a control process for the Wealth Management Department - Manage portfolios and funds

- Partnership research and optimization for the 57 subsidiaries - Negotiation of trading activities in partnership with brands, artists or films
