- Full responsibility of consolidation, budgeting and financial reporting processes of all group companies. - To prepare day-to-day/weekly/monthly management reports, and participating daily internal controls. - Assist Group CFO to liaise between banks and the Holding Co. - Direct reporting to Chairman on daily-basis.

- To prepare full-set of consolidated monthly / yearly IFRS-base financial reports with their footnotes. - To prepare and monitor consolidated budget of group companies which serve in manufacturing, and retail sectors

- To prepare weekly/monthly management reports that shows KPI's, and monthly IFRS financials. - To prepare feasibility study and reports for the new tenders.

-Performing audit and control financial statements based on IFRS and related documents to ensure their compliance with quality control standards. - To draft reasonably complete and well presented financial statements with their footnotes.
