Gained fundamental knowledge of software testing theory and performed a whole bunch of practical testing tasks. Passed through extensive testing for knowledge of testing.

Worked 24-hour shifts on the phone. Basically helping clients with problems they had with connecting to the Internet. Had occasional tasks to help system administrators using their guidance with fixing problems and setting up/maintaining networking equipment and software at clients’ offices on-site. Solved, investigated and filed user’s issues into BTS.
