my interest here is to find enough information and counsel to retrieve the information that was not pursued that can show 1) inadequate police procedures2)police coercion

intimidation and failure to provide accused the rights afforded and given by our constitution.3)counsels numerous failures to provide sufficient

adequate and effective investigative procedures and defense for the alleged crime ..the case took a toll on myself and my children

broke the family bonds due to not being given the correct and full information of a plea or agreement

and given additional(collateral) consequences not made known to me until months after the judgement and conviction and forced to seperate from my family and children .. where my children continuously SUFFER from these actions which i believe constitutes a breach of contract by the courts yet the courts fail to provide me the documents that is needed to show the needed facts for a possible reversal and or aquittal.. SO IN ALL---THESE STATEMENTS ARE TRUE AND FACTUAL AND CAN BE FOUND IN AND THROUGHOUT THE COURTS RECORD of --3.9 YEARS OF HEARINGS --and i cannot move further without the need for counsel and where the conviction has DRIVEN ME TOO PURSUE TRUE JUSTICE not just for me but my family

and everyone infected by bad and wrong justice!!!
