o Responsible from the R&D Project Portfolio Formation and management of the R&D Team which is composed of 7 designers, 9 developers , 3 testers and 5 Project managers.

o Co-responsible with the assigned Project Managers from the quality, profitability and on-time completion of all projects in the PMO portfolio. o Auditing the Projects in the portfolio in terms of compliance with standards set via conducting periodic site visits

o Responsible from quality, profitability and on-time completion the 20 on-going projects existing in the portfolio o Contributing to the Project Management methodology development and standardization studies taking place in PMO o Auditing the Projects in the portfolio in terms of compliance with standards set by conducting periodic site visits to the customer’s location.

o Administrative responsibility of 80 consultants experienced in Financial, Logistics and Business Intelligence areas of SAP solutions. o Forecasting the mid & long-term resource requirements and contributing to the recruitment of experienced and candidate consultants to the organization. o Contributing to the preparation of education programs and keeping track of the development of candidate consultants

o Planning, Coordination and Execution of different types of Software Consulting Projects in different size and complexities ranging from multi system full cycle implementation projects to functional and technical upgrade projects. o Managed a couple of million US Dollars budgeted SAP implementation project in one of the leading companies of Turkish FMCG Sector, Eti Gıda A.Ş..

o Management of Company’s all IT related processes, assets and infrastructures in accordance with the processes and principles mentioned by the COBIT framework. o Preparation of the Company’s IT investment and expense budget. o Organizing and coordinating the support staff to solve requests of the end-users to obtain maximum customer satisfaction. o Determination, procurement and implementation of the technology according to the needs of the users to achieve their business goals.

Management of all IT Processes of the Company ranging from IT Budget Preparation to leading to the Communication Infrastructure and Business Process e-transformation Projects. P.S. This position held togetherl with the position held in Vitra Karo.

Management of big size SAP R/3 implementation Projects like Medya Holding, Satel Holding and Rumeli Holding’s digital transformation projects.

Management of local support team and several software implementation projects.

Management of the Company’s Production Planning Activities and Periodic Reporting of the production and planning activities to the Top Management. Besides worked as Logistics Modules responsible in Company’s ERP software (PRISM) implementation project.
