The Expats & Spouses Monitor is a research project that aims to understand the living and working conditions of expatriates and their partners in Germany. It collects comprehensive information useful for companies, organisations working with expatriates, policymakers, and academics. Our motivation is to generate insights that helps stakeholders to improve the integration of international talent.

- Company dedicated to market research. - Consultancy experience includes the following industries: mass consumption, advertisement, NGOs, and higher education. We also run projects for the Peruvian Ministry of Education won on public contest. - Responsible for writing proposals, project execution, development of working methodology, contacts with clients and hiring of personnel.

- Responsible for implementing the marketing strategy of the University among high-school students. - Leading a team of 80 people. Responsible for recruitment, training, development and all team-management processes.
