After the take-over of Jelmoli's retail activities, I joined Globus as a Project Leader and worked on several projects, notably the flexibilisation of the sales people's working hours, the introduction of a new ERP and the implementation of a new label printing system groupwide.

Responsible for various projects and project teams, notably centralisation and regroupment of the offices of the different divisions of the company, regroupment of the stores' HR services at HQ, etc.

Responsible for the children's department (clothing, toys, strollers, furniture, etc., 50 people) at the company's flagship store in Zurich.

Responsible for various projects and project teams, notably a total redefinition of office space for all HQ locations, the closure of the company's main warehouse in western Switzerland and the total re-organisation of support services (cleaning, etc.) for all 32 stores.

Two year management trainee program for graduates. 4 x 6 months in different departments: Sales (team leader), Accounting (year-end closing, budgeting, reporting), Purchasing (procurement, stock management), Logistics (project work)

Worked on the launch and first collection of the new Teddy's (Swiss Denim) brand
