Implementation company policies and programs as per legal requirements and ISO 45001. Advising and lead employees on various safety-related topics Preparation and conduct site inductions and trainings for all the employees. Conduct risk assessment. Enforce preventative measures. Preparation and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes. Check and coordinate the HS requirements and procedure implementation for all the subcontractors.

Organize and facilitate training, drills and exercises for emergency preparedness and response. Arrangement of trainings and certifications of personnel. Ensure that all project personnel and crew comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements. Implementation and monitoring of the HSE Management System, Plans and Safe Work Procedures. Investigate of any accident, near miss or dangerous occurrence. Organize training for First Aiders and Emergency Rescue Team members.

Ensuring that safety inspections were carried out, fire drills and were correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures were managed and employees were aware of their responsibilities. Constant monitoring of work conditions and advised Managers/Supervisors on their improvement. Follow up on all Unsafe Acts/Conditions to be corrected, high risk works stopped(where necessary) and reported. Establishment of all the paperwork for health & safety inspections and checks.

Full time Intern Civil Engineer for ARB at TAP Albania. As an intern I was involved with the teams during the supervising the building of Access Roads, confirming adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site etc.

Working for the Vlora branch of the National Agency of Legalization and Urbanisation of the Informal Areas and Houses, engaged in the legalization of the abusive and housing dwellings developed without proper permits and preparation of legal documents required for the registration and the surrounding land. During this period, I have worked with the digitalization of data aided by software including Auto CAD, CAD Map, MS Excel and MS Office.
