Background in Engineering, MBA in Business emphasis in Marketing supported by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Strong finance and operational results orientation. Several Six Sigma Projects, Kaizens and trainings in multicultural atmospheres engaging people on Lean Culture transformation based on high resilience, self-motivation, strong leadership and initiative skills. These experiences were obtained over the years in companies with a strong approach on continuous improvement activities at all levels, such as Danaher Corporation, Parker Hannifin, Lincoln Electric, FESTO Automation among many others. My Ph.D in Science and Environmental Technology is in progress.
