•Directed the planning and execution of 6 months of transition of IT Jump Program for billing(Prepaid) Module of one of major mobile service providers in Belgium. •Directed the planning, implementation and migration of new prepaid solution from the existing solution from the vendor. •As a leading member of design team, spearheaded and directed implementation of End to End charging solution of 4G/LTE services for prepaid.

•Involved in discussion for Contractual Agreement issues between the Customer, Sales team and Technical Management team, Work closely with the Pre Sales and Solution Architect on various issues. •Led/Supported team members via Tier 2.5 model. Troubleshooting and developing technical workarounds for complex software and setup errors encountered by customers or field consultants, which are typically escalated from Tier 1 Support Engineers.

•Worked closely with support teams to deliver solutions or immediate workarounds for the raised TRs. •Coordinated with support teams of Telcordia and providing permanent fixes for the bugs. •Attended customer business meetings to discuss the IN related issues and plan for future expansions, upgrades and services •Facilitated Hardware upgrades. •Maintained the IN systems to highest availability and least down time to the customer.

•As a solution integrator, I did the Integration and Deployment of Telcordia ISCP Solution for all major service providers in India(Tata, Aircel, Uninor and Idea Cellular services. •As a developer, I did the development and deployment of plugins for 5530 Network Analyzer for broadband services.The Plugin was developed and deployed for ECI Telecom, FT, SingTel, Huawei, Lucent, Zyxel and Bell Canada
