In-house Business English was the primary focus of my training including: English for human resources, the pharmaceutical industry, financial English and English for the logistics and customer service departments. I also worked closely with clients to prepare them for upcoming presentations, as well as providing the necessary coaching for them to feel confident communicating in social situations and meetings or telephone conferences.

Instructed a variety of learner types, group sizes and language levels. During this time I provided instruction on a variety of topics such as general & business English, meetings & presentations, telephoning, emailing, job search training, TOEFL training, etc.

Maintained close relations with clients, insurers, and other suppliers, carefully monitored insurance documents to maintain high levels of transparency, assisted in preparing proposals, insurance summaries, reports and correspondence
