Chinmay Raj Doddarajappa

Worked as a contractor for Applied Materials India as a Design Engineer. I was the single point of contact for two positions, Product Structure Engineer (PSE) and Master Layout Authority (MLA), to manage the business unit MDP. Working as a PSE, validated ECRs against product structures in Teamcenter and scheduled the ECRs. As an MLA, created 3D models of the systems as per client requirements and collaborated closely with other design engineers to improve quality of the 3D models.

Worked for 3.1 years as a PLM engineer, supporting the client Rolls Royce for CAPP implementation, where I worked on BoM creation and maintenance, implementation and validation of change requests, 3D model support, 3D model quality check and geometry issue resolution, with excellent collaboration with cross functional teams. Visited the shop floor in Derby, UK, interacted extensively with fitters to understand their challenges, planners to understand the process, and clients to understand their vision
