    Set-up and lead of a new powertrain operation to introduce a lean operation system to support the development process of three new Lotus sports cars and the set-up of a new engine assembly line, a new gearbox assembly line and the lead of all linked supply chain and sourcing activities for the powertrain components. All programs together covered a budget in access of £ 100 M over three years. The position covered 7 direct reports and 40 staff.

    Lead of a lean transformation project streamlining Vodafone's repair & returns processes and improving the customer journey in case of a repair or return.
