• Managing the Russian Track and Trace Crypto Code order process for Consumer Health, in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders incl. external partners • Defining, aligning and implementing new IT-supported processes in various business functions, which are involved to ensure successful Track and Trace serialization processes in daily operations
• Successfully defined, aligned and integrated the IT-reporting solution for shipment accompanying Track and Trace data delivery to Bayer’s supply chain partner in US, RU, EMEA • Led the development and implementation of the IT solution for 10 Bayer sites, as well as steered the implementation at external logistic providers • Successfully implemented Track and Trace processes in several Bayer Sites and logistic hubs and therefore, ensured Bayer’s supply chain compliance to the EUFalsified Medicine Directive
