• Co-Led the on-site operations of a €450M joint venture with General Electric, being responsible for managing site budget, schedule and personnel (over 750 workers) of a 450MW Gas and Steam Power plant project • Led negotiations with the client; a consortium composed of a local energy distributor, the national train company and other private investors. Assured company image and profitable worksite progress

Responsible for the mechanical systems for the new Cuenca-hospital worksite. With a 130.000.000 € budget. Responsibilities included selecting a re-engineering firm and directing their efforts, calculating total project costs in mechanical systems (aprox. 60.000.000 €), reducing total project costs, negotiating with our clients our re-engineering proposals, cost-wise and time-wise and efficient control of all the mechanical system units present in the project.

Main responsible for all on-site construction activities and coordination of design and execution, controlling costs, schedule and quality. • Managed and coordinated all teams and schedules for three projects, €20M each involving over 100 workers • Coordinated the re-engineering efforts achieving cost savings of 20% on average on original design

Head/Member of project design teams. Calculus, design and selection of all the mechanical systems for a wide range of buildings (hotels, apartment buildings, schools, etc). The work involved meeting with the client to fully understand the project needs, and later working with several design team members (architects, engineers, topographers, etc) to come up with sound proposals.
