In charge to develop the business, beside acting as general manager for Ballagio Residence & Mansion, a large apartment facility in the golden triangle in Jakarta.(total 950 apartment) In charge of setting up the complete management system for owners and tenants, including the leasing department to rent out the units on behalf of the owners. I was asked by the directors of Aerowisata to set up a complete new division for the company, to diversify the business away from the airline catering. Within several weeks additional staff was hired for the head office and an intensified program was started to set up all operation procedures, standards, and compiling of all necessary operating permits and papers. Setting up training programs for new hired staff for our projects. Setting up of accounting procedures and control.

In charge of the whole Airline catering operation, serving 12 International & 8 local Airlines. Total average meals prepared daily 10’000 portions,. In charge to up-grade and renovate the complete operation to bring it up to international standard.

In charge of one Camp with total residents of 1’000 persons. Complete camp management including of house-keeping, laundry, catering service, gardening, waste management etc. Daily additional food package prepared up to 7’500 portions for army, police and local workers.

In charge for all F&B operation in 9 Hotels around Indonesia. Started with 6 Hotels and involved of setting up3 additional Hotels. Setting up operational standards, F&B Operation Manual and training programs.

Started as Procurement Consultant for the complete purchasing of the Operating Equipment for the Imperial Century Hotel and the Imperial Country Club in Lippovillage KarawaciStarting September 1994 joined the company as full time employee to establish and set up an in-house FF&E Procurement Department. Including a Kitchen & Laundry design consulting

To analyze the complete BAKERY Department in the Supermarkets and the Central Bakery. To make recommendations for the upgrading and reorganization of the whole department.

In charge as Manager for the entire Catering and Support Facilities for P.T.Arun and their Sub-Contractors.Also acted as advisor to P.T.Arun for the development of Houses, Executive Club Facilities inclusive of the Kitchen and Restaurant Design , specifications of Equipment, Utensils and Housing equipment and Accessories.
