Consulted management (Director level) and project leaders in various management tools, LEAN Six Sigma and innovation projects, pipeline & process, opportunity identification, prioritisation and tracking of the financial performance. I also facilitated MI planning.

Intensively coached & taught LEAN Six Sigma, MAIC, DFSS, ICO (Initiate Com-mercial Offering), NPI (New Product Innovation), DOE (Design of Experiment), Voice of Customer, Launch Plan & Execution (B2B) in EU and the USA. Was leading around 100 Green Belt Project Leaders and Black Belts in their pro-jects in purchasing, R&D, supply chain and production units in Europe and China, executed certifications.

Was leading a development team (20 people), various complex MAIC and LEAN pro-ject teams in a matrix organisation across geographies in supply chain, manufacturing, development and commercialisation. Coached other project leaders and led complex Six Sigma projects with customer and suppliers in Europe, India, Egypt and Brazil in the packaging, synthetic grass and carpet segment

I enjoyed a split assignment with “Specialty Chemicals” and “Emulsion Polymers”. I played the technical marketing role to gain significant market share (>70% in new investments) in the new TCF pulp bleaching processes in northern EU. Led a small team of lab technicians in Europe & the USA and had account respon-sibility for a large Nordic paper corporation.

Invented and introduced “stiff binders” to the paper latex market. I was leading two mill start up projects for emulsion polymers. I had account responsibility in applied development for Italy, Spain, Belgium and a large international paper company. Responsible for the market introduction of Dow’s New Generation lattices at the entire Italian paper latex market, the third largest market in Europe

Responsible for equipment lay out, customer acquisition, technical and commercial offering, negotiation and consultancy, training of the sales force (field: static mixing, reactors and heat exchangers).
