Analyse and understand | Provide evidence for decision making Understanding a problem, connecting the right people, and then pushing through to the solution together has always been my favourite thing. During my education this has helped me to outstanding grades and finally a PhD in mathematics. But also in my sports career and vounteer work the analytic approach together with endurance, patience, and force of will to push to the goal has worked well for me. Besides school and universitystudies, I dug into the theory of endurance training and became a certified cycling coach. First, I trained myself and found the right team to win the 2011 bavarian road cycling championship. Then, I turned to training others and enjoyed fostering young talents at the Veloclub Ratisbona e.V. This club also stages one of the biggest cycling marathons in Germany and as a board meber I have been contributing to the organisation for over ten years.
