Management of a Retail FP&A specialist. Execution of EMEA Retail channel financial processes: planning and review of budgets P&L and KPIs for around 200 Retail stores across Europe. Preparation of monthly business reports towards Executives meetings. Business partner and consultant of the retail management team (SVP Retail EMEA, Senior Director Real Estate & Construction EMEA, Brand management EMEA) Contact person for internal and external auditors.

Coordinating EMEA budgeting and quarterly forecasting process. Defining budget and forecasts for stores sales and margins in collaboration with Retail Management and Supply Chain Teams. Supporting Real Estate and Construction Team in defining Retail strategy through stores performance analysis. Monitoring and controlling monthly close tasks: margin analysis, mix product, P&L consolidation and variance analysis, preparation of Management summary, cost centre allocation, accruals.

Elaboration of Fossil Stores France budget, from 5 to 22 stores in 5 years. Variance analysis and reporting back to Regional Headquarter in Basel. Managing all insurance contracts and dealing with any incidents under insurance for Fossil France.

Responsible for monthly forecast and weekly reforecast including production plan. In charge of month end accruals/prepayments calculation, costs analysis and fixed assets review. Had-hoc products costs quotes, based on marketing engineers' data.

Accounts management (postings and balances). VAT return and instrastat declaration. Month end I/Co balances and group consolidation.
