Leading Data Quality and Data Integrity initiatives to enhance capability of Manufacturing process and comply with new GAMP regulatory policies.  Managing global delivery of backup and restore capability (Acronis Back Up Solution) to provide Disaster Recovery capability to manufacturing sites who handle regulatory sensitive data (GMP Good manufacturing Practice).  Managing global migration of application (70+) interfaces to provide users with uniform experience for User Request Access process.

• Lead all integration activities for the global SAP S/4HANA template rollout. • Manage the delivery of multiple SAP modules’ functional components, including MM, SD, FI, and CO. • Direct the SAP S/4HANA deployment in Bulgaria, including integration with third-party logistics (3PL) provider Scorpion Shipping. • Create a new reporting structure, fully aligned PMO processes, and stakeholder engagement channels. • Plan and manage $1.5mil project budget.

• Leading Organizational Change Program to comply business (sales) process with new EU regulation; • Consulted and Coordinated multiple Business Functions to ensure proper process implementation (Controlling, Audit, VAT, Legal, Procurement) for 8 countries impacted (AT, DE, CH, IT, FR, NL, UK, SE).
