After more than ten years in consulting and the automotive supplier industry, I gained sound and interdisciplinary experience in the areas of process consulting, project management, master data management, IT and leadership. In doing so, I realized that clarity and empathy are the key success factors. For me, CLARITY is the key to efficiency and sustainable goal achievement. My passion and also my greatest ability is to analyze, structure and optimize complex and "unpopular" topics, to coordinate and finally implement possible solutions in a fair and transparent manner, and to communicate them to all relevant stakeholders. For me, EMPATHY is the precondition for motivated employees and joy at work. Only if we really understand the other and recognize and consider his perspective, we can integrate him according to his abilities and appreciate him with all his strengths and weaknesses.
