In the Quality Assurance department of the Monitorig division of the Kernkraftwerk Leibstadt AG, I contribute to the company's ISO 9001 and 45001 certifcations focusing on follwing tasks; - set up and execution of continuous improvement projects to enhance compliance management systematization; - further development of supplier management activities; - maintenance and update of QMS documentation.

Coaching of employees for the introduction of new translation softwares. Coaching translators in developping translation skills in the financial and economic field. Helping making translation processes more lean. Translation and quality assurance of textes in several fields from English, German and French into Italian.

Responsible for the global Quality Management System of the Life Sciences Business Unit (LS QMS) of Lionbridge Inc. certified ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17100:2015. - Define training needs, develop training modules - Initiate and oversee complex improvement projects - Organizational knowledge management - Management of the internal auditor team and of the Life Science quality team - Collaboration with the global Security Team for the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
