I am treating technical Problems concerning Mobile, Internet and Wireline. I have direct Customer Contact but also i help my collegues from the first level to find the solution. I am constantly researching new solutions for new Problems since products in telecommunication develop fast you always have to be creative and "awake" for new ideas, solutions and informed about upgrades, new versions. It is a very interesting position and i love to work in telecommunication. Befor this i worked for Orange.
