Played a key role in Dynamics NAV team to integrate the web shop and Dynamics NAV 2013 legacy system. Due to a large amount of data processed, up to 5 sales/minute, acquired a remarkable experience in tuning and performance improvement. Involved in an international and project to improve business units KPIs and increase efficiency, on the top of delivering an ERP system based on financial bookings at granular level aimed at providing transparency and valuable insights in terms of GM1 performance.

Business Analyst: assessment and definition of new customer e-commerce solution based on SAP Hybris, ensuring convergence, scalability and efficiency. Data Analyst: lead the reporting and analytics capabilities of the largest J&J Supply Chain solution.

- Drive ERP integration with all the main company services and tools - Responsible for full B2C debtor managament - Main point of contact for controlling team for aanalyses on the main financial and business metrics - PM for the first Westwing retail store

I worked in different teams, supplying services to different customers: administration of medical refunds to bank employees; customized information system concerning general and customer ledger for electricity and gas civil/industrial supply; software development regarding vendor and general ledger management to manage bank’s real state; development of a new information system to manage oxygen and medical gases cylinder deliveries. Involved also in Dynamics NAV - SharePoint integration projects.

Developed application regarding bank branch operations: - Current account operations (withdrawals, deposits and money transfers). - Cheques (cashing, drawing). - Savings (bankbooks, both Euro and foreign exchange certificates of deposit). - Safe deposit boxes (allocations, rentals). - According to the law reporting.
