o Plan, Organize, Lead and Control Total Service Management Operations o Monitor Customer Satisfaction Reports & Trends o Monitor Complaint Resolutions o Oversee Warranty & Goodwill cases o Monitor Job Quality through quality control Inspections & Complaints o Ensure Efficient Service Operations by providing adequate tools & equipment for Smooth workflow o Ensure Customer Confidence is Enhanced through a clean & orderly service operation

Responsible for the Repair & Maintenance of OLA Fleet commercial vehicles Planning New Dealers/Vendors facilities as per OLA Requirements to Onboard Focus on Cost Cutting Monitoring the Claim Registration with the Valid Documents Conduct the Survey and Tracking the Work Approvals within 24-hours Conduct Technical Investigation & Submit Reports Advised by Central Team Managing In-Out flow of Vehicles handled to ensure TAT as per Target Pre & Post Diagnose of Vehicles

o Ensure all the Customer requested jobs are carried out on the vehicle o Check the vehicle history before preparing Repair Order o Ensure the entire vehicle delivered on time. o Inform to customer when vehicle is ready for delivery along with total cost incurred for the repair. o Ensuring high quality of service work. o Promote & Aware the Periodic Maintenance Service benefits to the customer. o Daily wise Workshop Inspection & Follow-up

o Safety Health & Environment Co-Ordinator o Internal Audit o Express Maintenance o Promotion of Kaizen among Dealer Staff o Daily Workshop Inspection Report & Daily wise KPI monitoring o Personal protective Equipment report & Equipment’s & Fire Equipment’s working condition o Manpower Skill Up gradation o Weakly VAS report tracking
